Having provided advice to the landowner prior to their purchase of the site, Andrew led the team which first of all secured a development allocation and planning permission for the Phase I release site, which is now nearing completion, and which then went on to secure an allocation for the Phase II release site. A resolution to grant planning permission for the Phase II site has now been obtained and the developer, Taylor Wimpey, is now in the final stages of negotiating the required S75 Agreement.

Combined, the Phase I and Phase II sites will deliver approximately 2,100 dwelling houses, two primary schools, a new local neighbourhood retail centre and enhanced Park & Ride facilities.
