This project represents an example of one of the smaller scale developments on which the company advises.

Notwithstanding that the site lies out with the settlement boundary and within the designated countryside, following a hearing before the Council's Planning Committee, we were able to convince the Members of the Committee that the brownfield nature of the site and its relationship to the settlement boundary provided sufficient justification to allow them to set aside the terms of the local plan and grant planning permission for the residential development of the site.
